JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that there was oral agreement for selling the land and the petitioner and the informant are said to have given Rs.7,00,000/- in cash but neither the land was sold nor money was returned back.

It is submitted that there was no any such agreement and no question of receiving any advance money. Such huge amount cannot be given in cash.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that money in cash was given in presence of some witnesses.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30345 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Chandrama PrasadSingh @ Tutun Yadav @ Tuntun Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge XIII-Cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.3 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
