NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 A letter bearing No. 1241/18 has been received from the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur stating therein that only one witness is left to be examined, who is the Investigation Officer and has prayed for extension of three months' time for disposal of Sessions Trial No. 178 of 2017, arising out of Bidupur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2013.
