Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to avail the remedy under the Guidelines for assailing the impugned order dated 08.08.2022 passed by the District Programme Officer, Araria. He, however, submits that during pendency of the writ petition, some delay has occurred and the petitioner's appeal is likely to be effected by limitation. 3.

This Court would permit the petitioner to avail
