2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Balua Bazar (Lalitgram O.P.) P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, the accused persons along with four unknown persons having armed with weapons entered into house of the informant and started assaulting the informant and her brother-inlaw. When the informant came to rescue them, the accused persons outraged her modesty and snatched her gold chain.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68305 of 2023(2) dt.02-11-2023 2/2 the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. They have falsely been implicated in the present case.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Balua Bazar (Lalitgram O.P.) P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
