Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: "(a) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities to not disturb from working as teacher in Perimary School, Bharwa, Gram Panchayat Gonawa, Harnaut, Nalanda and making attendance and also direction to Respondent authorities for verification of Result Card of the petitioner of Bihar Elementary Teachers

Patna High Court CWJC No.9570 of 2017 (3) dt.02-08-2018 Eligibility Test (in short BETET) of 2011 bearing Roll No. 0621110727, Result Card Serial No. 017495 by which in 1st Paper, petitioner obtained 88 marks out of 150 marks (58.66%) and result declared as qualified, and on that basis, petitioner appointed as teacher in that School and further for making signature on Attendance Register of the School and/or pass appropriate order or orders as deem fit and proper.

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 14-11-2017 passed in LPA 501 of 2017.

The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda (respondent No. 8) is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the order referred above and pass consequential order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
