The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2019 in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 78/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house and the said arms were seized from the vehicle of co-accused Bambam Rai. It is further submitted that the present petitioner is having no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
