2. The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 15.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30679 of 2023 by which the regular bail had been granted to the petitioner, but the petitioner has not furnished the bail bond on the ground that in the petition the petitioner has stated that petitioner is son of Kwas D. Ashavaid, but in fact the father of the petitioner has died on 13.09.2018 before granting him bail.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 15.09.2023 is modified to the extent that in place of one of the bailor shall be father of the petitioner namely Kwas D. Ashavaid and in that place one of the bailor shall be mother of the petitioner, namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69843 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 Gool Cawas Ashavaid.

In the aforesaid facts, the instant modification petition is disposed of.
