JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 Heard Sri Raju Giri, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to Government Pleader no.5. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing the order dated 30.11.2018 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Nawada (Annexure-7) and the order dated 18.03.2019 ,dismissing the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Magadh Range, Gaya.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of dismissal of the petitioner from his service is bad and

Patna High Court CWJC No.20820 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 illegal as no second show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner. It is submitted that it is case of no evidence. But from perusal of para-16 of the writ petition, it is evident that the petitioner has already preferred a memorial before the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna on 03.05.2019. In view of the fact that memorial preferred by the petitioner is pending before the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna to dispose of the memorial of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
