Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already received most of the retiral benefits except Assured Career Progression dues.

Submission is that the State-authorities may be directed to calculate the same and make payment within three months.

Accordingly, State-authorities are directed to examine the issue of pending ACP of the petitioner and pass necessary order within the aforesaid period.
