The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019 in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) & 30 (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Sherghati
