Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the petitioner has been promoted from the post of Jr. Asst. Grade-I (P&A)-Store to Asst. Grade-II

Patna High Court CWJC No.12963 of 2012(6) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 (P&A)-Store and the petitioner has joined to the promoted post on 18.03.2013 and he is working on the promoted post since 18.03.2013 itself. Accordingly, learned senior appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ application may be disposed of.
