The petitioners are in custody since 30.07.2019 in connection with Shergatti (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Case No. 349 of 2019.
