2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, including Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the thrust of accusation of firing upon the deceased is against co-accused Bhim Singh. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP, on the other hand, opposes the petition, submitting that the petitioner has been attributed specific role inasmuch as the said co-accused Bhim Singh and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61679 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 the petitioner arrived together on the motor-cycle. The petitioner kept the motor-cycle ready outside the house, while co-accused Bhim Singh committed the crime, after which both escaped on the motor-cycle.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
