Ataul Haque, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mrs. Punam Kumari Singh, learned CGC and Mr. Vaibhav Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the respondents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14410 of 2012(5) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraph No.1 of the writ petition:- "A. A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner either on the post of CT/GD (constable) or any other post in the C.R.P.F. on the ground of compassionate.

B. A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to quash the 1/2000 establishment-3 dated 22.02.2008 issued by the Commandant 5 Signal Battalion C.R.P.F. Hallomajra, Chandigarh-160002.

C. Any other writ, order or direction for which petitioner is deemed entitled."

Considering the fact that in course of selection process, the petitioner could not be qualified to be appointed on the post of CT/GD (constable) in C.R.P.F., having found to be physically unfit, the present writ petition stands dismissed. (Purnendu Singh, J) Sanjay/- U
