2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2025 dated 16.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 137(2) and 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the informant's daughter, who is said to be the victim, has been recovered and she recorded her statement before the Judicial Magistrate under section 183 of BNSS, in which she did not make any allegation against the petitioner and she stated that she left her parents' house on her own will and there was no any kind of persuasion on the part of the petitioner in leaving her parents' house, though she spent two days with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65301 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 the petitioner in a hotel but she stated that no any wrong act was committed by the petitioner with her. It is lastly submitted that the instant matter relates to love affair between the petitioner and the victim and the petitioner is a very young person, having fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 17.06.2025 and against him the investigation has been completed and he has suffered a lot.
4. Though learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner but fairly accepts that the instant matter relates to love affair between the informant and the victim.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's custody period, his fair and clean antecedent and completion of investigation against him and coupled with his young age, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2025.
