Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Haspura P.S.Case No.119 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 325, 504,506, 324, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

There are allegation against the co-accused persons of assault to the informant and other family members and the petitioners were later on named during the course of investigation.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65066 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the accused persons who are named have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 9.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57744 of 2018 and later on in the supervision note, name of the petitioners transpired and warrant has also been issued against them.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Daudnagar, District Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S.Case No.119 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
