Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the letter issued by the Government of India, whereby the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Sub Inspector was cancelled, whereas the petitioner had applied and given his interview for the post of Assistant Sub Inspector of the Central Police Force.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with law taking into consideration that in course of time, some subsequent development may have occurred, which is in the interest of the petitioner.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
