1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023 registered under Sections 306 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further he submits that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-P/2 to the bail application.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67851 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
