ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2019 in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.221 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of misunderstanding by the local persons and till date, he has not been placed on T.I. Parade. It is further submitted that no incriminating articles or looted articles have been recovered from his possession.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61143 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.221 of 2019.
