The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barh P.S.Case no.223 of 2018 dated 29.6.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 454, 455, 354(A), 354(C ), 354'D', 427,504, 506, 509,34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of teasing the daughter of the informant and also preparing video and making it viral as well as blackmailing her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole allegation is false and concocted and now both the parties have compromised the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.74201 of 2018(5) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st, Barh (District Patna) in connection with Barh P.S.Case no.223 of 2018 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
