3. On 24.10.2013, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. On 25.10.2013, the petitioner had taken adjournment. On 25.11.2013, the case was dismissed for nonprosecution and was subsequently restored by order dated 30.04.2014 passed in MJC No. 6119 of 2013.
