This application has been filed for modification of order dated 08.08.2022 and 30.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33167 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No. 52822 of 2022 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the case was lodged in Ludhiana (Punjab) and the matter is pending in Ludhiana Court for appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Ludhiana (Punjab) Court within four weeks.
