2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 109(1), 3(5) of the BNS and Section 37 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 40/2025.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner fired at the informant with an intention to kill him, but he averted the attack.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been dragged into this case. The FIR shows itself that none has sustained injury, whereas there is allegation of opening fire shots. The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2025.

5. On the other hand, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, the learned APP for the State, opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S.Case No. 40 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
