The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case no. 243 of 2019, registered under Section 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 13.07.2019, informant Amrendra Kumar Amar, being the Circle Inspector, was present at Circle Officen Narayanpur and discharging his official duty, at that time, petitioner, who is coordinator of Vikas Mitra of block Narayanpur came near him and asked to give the inspection report in respect to application of Kavita Goswami, wife of Mukesh Goswami, resident of village - Nagarpara, P.S. Bhawanipur, District-Bhagalpur as

Thereafter, petitioner created nuisance and started to abuse him and started obstructing in the official work of informant, while informant tried to pacify the dispute, but petitioner moved from there giving threatening to implicate him in SC/ST case or rape case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to grudge and enmity. Further submission is that petitioner being the Vikash Mitra in Narayanpur block went to inquire about progress of work and in that course, hot talk exchanged between the petitioner and informant, but, with ulterior motive, the informant lodged the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
