2. The matter arises out of selection for the post of Anganbari Sevika in Ward No. 03 of Gram Panchayat Bengucha in the District of Seikhpura. The petitioner was selected for the post and her selection has been held to be illegal by an order dated 21.08.2019 passed by the Child Development Project Officer, Chewara, Sheikhpura on the ground that she had been selected on the basis of forged documents.

3. The petitioner has remedy of appeal against the said order under the guidelines issued by the Welfare

Patna High Court CWJC No.19898 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 Department, Government of Bihar, in respect of selection of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaiyaka, which the petitioner may invoke.

4. This application is thus, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate appellate authority in terms of the said guidelines.
