This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302, 307 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner allegedly caused accidental death of Md. Sayeed by rash and negligent driving of a tractor. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.04.2017. This is not a case of murder rather accidental death.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances, above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S.
