The petitioners seek bail in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019, registered under Sections 363, 364/34 and 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the marriage of Rita Devi, sister of the informant, was performed with with Kailash Yadav, son of Late Sanichar Yadav, resident of village - Mirjawan, P.S. Tribeniganj, District-Supaul and due to their wedlock his sister blessed with two female, whose marriage has already been performed in the year 2006. The brother-inlaw of informant Kailash Yadav performed his remarriage and later on dispute arose in between his sister and his brother-inlaw regarding the land. His Bhagini, Bibha Devi always used to talk to her mother Rita Devi, but on 24.05.2019, she could not succeed to talk with her mother Rita Devi then Bibha Devi

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67767 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 informed the matter to him. Thereafter, he went to villageMirjawa and came to know from the villagers that his brother in law Kailash Yadav his second wife Rima Devi, Satrughan Yadav (Petitioner No.1) and sister in law Parmila Devi (Petitioner No.2) under conspiracy carried his sister in injured condition in white coloured Bolero vehicle for purpose of murder.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are brother and sister in law of Kailash Yadav, husband of the deceased and used to reside separate, but with ulterior motive, both have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are in custody since 26.05.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 (G.R. No. 987 of 2019) (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
