The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 239 of 2021 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, a report was called for which has since been received and as per the report dated 11.01.2023 out of eight (8) witnesses five (5) have already been examined and for the same processes have been issued against the witnesses. In view of the said report, this Court considering the fact that the injuries were found to be grievous in nature and when arrested, the petitioner was having a countrymade loaded revolver in his possession, this Court is not inclined to grant him

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69540 of 2022(3) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 privilege of bail which is accordingly rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of six months.
