2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sadar Siwan Excise (Prohibition) P.S. Case No. 150 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 112.860 litres of foreign liquor from the conscious possession of the petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they are in custody since 05.07.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to donate Rs. 20,000/- each in some charitable organization without accepting their guilt.
6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Presiding Officer Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-3, Saran /concerned Court below in connection with Sadar Siwan Excise (Prohibition) P.S. Case No. 150 of 2025.
8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs. 20,000/- each in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Nala Road, Patna and produce the receipts of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipts produced by the petitioners.
9. As a condition of this order, the petitioners after being released on bail is directed to mark their attendance at
