JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that even though the Complaint Case No. 229 of 2016 is pending before the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, the same has wrongly been mentioned as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in the prayer portion of the bail application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 24244 of 2017 due to typographical error. He points out from Annexure 1 i.e. certified copy of the complaint case that the case is pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri.

In view of the aforesaid, in place of "Chief Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29559 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 Magistrate, Sitamarhi" mentioned in the last paragraph of the order dated 29.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24244 of 2017 may be read as "Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri." In view of the aforesaid modification, the time limit of four weeks mentioned in the said order dated 29.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.
