JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 The present modification petition has been filed to make correction in the judgment dated 06.12.2018 passed in CWJC No. 9294 of 2015, wherein in paragraph no. 1, on account of typographical error, the name of the concerned court has been mentioned as Sub-Judge-I, Patna instead of Sub-Judge-I, Patna City. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the concerned court of Sub-Judge-I be read as that of Patna City.

The present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the judgment dated 06.12.2018 passed in CWJC No. 9294 of 2015.
