For the Petitioner/s : Mr. NAKUL KUMAR JAMUAR For the Respondent/s : Mr. ANJANI KUMAR =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-01-2015 *************** Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Court fails to appreciate as to how the present writ application has been filed for the same relief, when the previous writ application of the petitioner was dismissed on 21.10.2013 by a Bench of this Court. A copy of the said Order is Annexure-9. After the dismissal of the previous writ application on 21.10.2013, the present writ application has been filed for identical relief on 25.11.2013.

Obviously, it is an ill advised petition, for which

Patna High Court CWJC No.23549 of 2013 dt.23-01-2015 2/2 may be even cost should be imposed against the petitioner to discourage wasting judicial time as well as putting unnecessary burden on the system by filing such frivolous and non-maintainable writ application. Writ application is dismissed with caution to the petitioner that if yet any other writ application in relation to the same relief is filed, the Court will not be as much magnanimous and indulgent.

Writ application is dismissed.
