Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S.Case No.161 of 2019 dated 19.7.2019 corresponding to CRI case No.1332 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, dispute arose with respect to providing connection of the water to the house of the informant and there is allegation against the petitioner no.1 that he assaulted by Farsa but the informant stopped it causing injury on his hand and against the petitioner no.3 there is allegation of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62145 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 assault by lathi and the petitioner no.2 is named in the FIR. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that FIR itself shows that the occurrence took place on petty disputes and the injuries are simple in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S.Case No.161 of 2019 dated 19.7.2019 corresponding to CRI Case No.1332 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
