JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners were granted four weeks' time for filing representation before the respondent nos. 3 and 8, by an order dated 19.06.2019 passed in the present case, however, the petitioners on account of certain personal difficulties, could not file the said representation within the stipulated time period.
