This application for anticipatory bail arises out of G.R, No. 616 of 2018 arising out of Rosera P.S. Case No.237 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 34,385,387,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the offence and the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of being accused of an offence punishable under Sections 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76714 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
