2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 8/20(B)(ii) c of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 1 Kg 30 grams of Charas from the vehicle in which the petitioner was also found travelling.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 8.2.2024.

5. Considering the recovery of commercial quantity of Charas, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
