JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2024 The present petition has been preferred for quashing the part of the order dated 24.07.2015 whereby the resignation of the petitioner has been accepted from 20.07.2015 in terms of the order dated 22.06.2015 and departmental letter no. 1288 dated 27.06.2015. Petitioner also seeks a direction to the respondents concerned to reinstate her from 20.07.2015 and accordingly, pay the salary and consequential benefits as entitled.

2. In view of the nature of prayer made in the present petition, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9554 of 2017(3) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 District Appellate Authority, Munger. If such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Appellate Authority shall consider the same on its own merit and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a reasonable time frame preferably within a period of six months.

3. With the aforesaid observations and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
