JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit detailing therein the remaining claims on the head of the retiral benefits which are as follows:- (i) Arrears of pension amounting to Rs. 4 lakhs and odd;

(ii) Group Insurance of Rs. 2.4 lakhs and odd; (iii) Interest on the amount of Group Insurance @ 12.5 %; and (iv) Arrears of earned leave salary of Rs. 2.36 lakhs approximately.

Having regard to the surviving claims of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9712 of 2017(17) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 petitioner, as aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Vice-Chancellor, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur by preferring a claim detailing therein the entire calculation so that the Vice-Chancellor, B.R.A. University, Muzaffarpur can take a decision regarding the same within a period of 8 weeks of filing of such claim by the petitioner and in case any amount is found payable, the said amount shall be paid to the petitioner by the learned ViceChancellor within a further period of eight weeks. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
