2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 105 of 2020 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2020 instituted for the offence u/s 499(A), 307, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was thrice rejected by order dated 23.3.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38268 of 2020, order dt. 15.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 57195 of 2021 and vide order dt. 6.2.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 44862 of 2022.
4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 8.11.2023 with regard to the present stage of trial has been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72306 of 2023(4) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 received by which it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of six months.
5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail is rejected.
6. The application stand disposed off.
7. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of six months on day to day basis as the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 5.5.2020.
