The petitioner and O.P. No.2 are physically present before this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Learned counsel for O.P. No.2 submits that O.P. No.2 is also ready to live with her husband.

Considering the fact that both husband and wife are ready to live together, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65907 of 2022(3) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No.1609c/2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is made clear that petitioner shall take his wife to her matrimonial home from this Court itself and keep her with full honour and dignity. If petitioner commits torture, harassment or cruelty with O.P. No.2 again, the O.P. No.2 would be at liberty to move before the learned court below for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
