2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.211 of 2017 dated 29.10.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 & 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
