JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Taking into consideration that neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession and the name of the petitioner was disclosed by coaccused Chhote Choudhary, who was apprehended on the spot, accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd-cum-Special Judge,
