====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 27.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16395 of 2022 to the extent of correction in the name of police station in the address of the petitioner and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the main petition, in the address of the petitioner name of police station has wrongly been typed as Gamharia in place of Madhepura. Same error has occurred in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 27.09.2022. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, the name of police station

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67925 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 in the cause title of the order dated 27.09.2022 be read as 'Madhepura' in place of Gamharia and further four weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 27.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16395 of 2022 is modified to the above extent only.
