2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State.

3. The Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, has appeared virtually.

4. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74698 of 2023.

5. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

6. The trial has concluded, in this view of the matter, no order is required to be passed.
