Patna High Court MJC No.3843 of 2019(2) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna, has already passed a reasoned order dated 12.12.2019, rejecting the case of the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 12.12.2019. Liberty so sought is granted.
