The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua Police Station Case No.257 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that while the informant was returning to his house from Kutchhery on motorcycle on 30.04.2019 at about 02.00 P.M., in the way near Kali Temple, this petitioner along with Dhnnu Yadav, who were armed with country made pistol and dagger, and 5-6 unknown came on three motorcycles and started to snatch the motorcycle of the informant and attacked on his head, due to which he sustained blood oozing injury. In that course, Dhannu Yadav snatched the mobile of the informant, whereas the petitioner

The informant was admitted at P.H.C., Chainpur by the local people and, thereafter, he was admitted at Bhabhua Sadar Hospital from where he was referred to Trauma Centre, Varansi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is the maternal uncle of the petitioner and due to some dispute in between the family of the petitioner and the family of the informant, the informant has lodged the present case only to give undue pressure.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua (Kaimur), in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.257 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
