The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard both parties.

On behalf of arguing counsel Mr. Manish Kumar, it has been submitted that except for revised pay scale most of the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondent/s.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8934 of 2017(5) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 arguing counsel, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the competent authority for the redressal of remaining grievance/s, if any. If any such representation is filed before the competent authority, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
