The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 215 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 1681 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation is against one Upendra Singh, father of the present petitioner, the matter has now been compromised and the issue regarding sale/purchase has been resolved. It is further submitted that the present petitioner is the son of the said Upendra Singh against whom there was allegation but the petitioner had nothing to do with the same. It had so happened

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75420 of 2019(3) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 that the land which belongs to the present petitioner was mistakenly sold by the father of the petitioner to the informant, which issue has now been resolved.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - III, Muzuffarpur (West) in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 215 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 1681 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
