Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 52/2019 registered under sections 409 and 420 of the IPC.

Annexure-5 of this supplementary affidavit goes to show that the District Co-operative Officer, Kaimur vide his report dated 14.01.2020 informed the Investigating Officer that due to technical error in making the entry, the correct quantity of paddy was not entered. However, in counter affidavit, corporation claims that there is only difference of received

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, the order dated 20.11.2019 by which petitioner was granted provisional bail by this Court is hereby confirmed.
