2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the offences alleged are bailable in nature and as such the present petition is not maintainable.
